Our prices do NOT include any duty and taxes applicable in your country. We deliver our parcel by courier companies such as UPS, TNT, DHL, Aramex or FedEx. Duty & Tax will have to be paid to the respective courier company. |

What currency should I choose for my payment?
When you visit our website, we immediately detect your country and propose the currency we recommend you use. You can still have the option to change to any currency on the list. Should we not accept your local currency, we propose that you choose either USD or EUR as you will probably get the best exchange rates for them from your bank. |

If our Login ID and Password are stolen, will we loose anything?
We will not supply a new order if the ‘Bill To’ and the ‘Ship To’ are changed. We will reconfirm with you before proceeding with such orders. However, if you know that your Login ID/Password have been stolen, please report to us immediately. |
